TPD-M Twin-Axis Servo Drives
and Drive/Controllers
15A + 5A / 325-680VDC (10kVA+3.3kVA output)
Á¦Ç°Æ¯Â¡(Features)
TPDM1505 2-axis servo drives have a power rating of 1x 10kVA/1x 3.3kVA. Space-saving TPD-M series combines up to 3 servo drives in a single housing with a common energy sharing DC-bus - cutting costs while improving productivity, safety and performance.
TPD-M is a space-saving multi-axis servo drive system where each drive module can control up to three servo motors. The system configuration consists of a common DC bus power supply and multiple TPD-M drive modules, connected through DC bus bars. The drive modules are available as one, two or three axis versions, with output power ratings of up to 20kVA, making the system very flexible. The TPD-M servo drive has been specifically designed for the Packaging OEM market but it can also be used in many other centralised automation structures which incorporate a large number of servo axes offering significant advantages. TPD-M drives can also control induction motors with feedback or sensorless in V/f mode.

- Packaging machines
- Material forming machines
- Textile machines
- Paper and converting lines
- Plastics machines
- Machines tools
TPD-M has been developed for all applications where multiple drives are normally used and gives both OEMs and end users the opportunity to reduce build, configuration and operating costs, while boosting productivity and profitability. Typical applications for TPD-M servo drive controllers include packaging machines, material forming machines, textile, paper, converting and plastics machines, where large numbers of axes are required. Motion control functionality is performed by means of EtherCAT Real Time CoE (CAN over Ethernet) communication, CAN / CANopen DS402 communication.
